    • MGT-DSA-INK200 is a RoHS-compliant solderable conductive silver paste, suitable for printing antennas in a variety of communication devices and consumer products such as mobile phones. It can be processed using multiple methods, including screen printing, transfer printing, and spraying. This product uses a high-strength resin as the binder phase and special nano-silver powder as the conductive phase, providing excellent process adaptability and environmental durability. Its low resistivity and good solderability make it compatible with low-temperature solder pastes below 180°C.

      Storage & Usage

      (1) This product is vacuum-packed. For long-term storage, keep it sealed, light-protected, and stored at 0~10°C. After opening, it is recommended to use it within one week. 

      (2) The product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture in its original unopened container. Before use, allow it to equilibrate to room temperature (23±2°C) for 2 hours. Stir thoroughly (recommended: mechanical stirring for 5~10 minutes at 30~50 rpm). Avoid vigorous stirring to prevent air bubble entrapment. 

      (3)The viscosity of this product has been optimized; adding thinner is not recommended. If dilution is necessary, please use our designated thinner DT-INK200, and ensure the added amount does not exceed 2% of the total weight. 

      (4) The following table shows laboratory test values for reference only.
